State

Championship

The SkillsUSA Ohio State Championship is where the best of Ohio come together to compete in this two-day event. Over one-hundred competitions will take place in the capital city of Columbus, Ohio. Champions who take home the gold will have a chance to go on to compete at the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.

SkillsUSA Ohio State Championship takes place two days in April. The first day of the conference is competition, the second day is the award ceremony. Champions find out live at the ceremony if they will be continuing onto the National Leadership and Skills Conference.

Some SkillsUSA events automatically go straight to State and do not have a regional event. The majority of events, however, send their first place or top three champions from Regionals to compete at State. We hope to see you at this annual event that hosts thousands of members from across the state.
